We should use this thread as a catchall call for extra bike parts. I think we all have a lot of shit we'll never use sitting around our house and, hey, you know. Pay it forward!

I'll start: anybody have some single speed chainring bolts laying around?

what we really need is a new polo garage location, to store all the bulk extra parts that people have.

preferably a house someone plans on staying at for a year+

I am not coming tonight. Katherine is dragging me to some damn opera. And if I wasn't going to that I would be front and center at mini kiss. You don't pass up an opportunity like that unless you will definitely get yelled at.

Thanks Andrew, have fun at the opera!

Aaron I can bring you a lever, but I'd like a few bucks 'cause I just bought a pair. Or you can see what Andrew has.

Is there some brake cable at Pete's or some extra around hanging out being lonely?

Aaron did you get a lever? I still have one. It's not a bad one; I took it off some shitty Fuji hybrid Katherine had. It's a v-brake lever. I don't remember if its adjustable or not!

I can get you that wheel here in a moment. I have to build up Katherine's wheel first (well, install the freewheel and adjust the derailleur tensioner) and then it is all yours! It's a nice one, too.

Yo doodz, I've almost skidded through another tire thanks to this janky wheel. I have a different one that is arguably better, but the cassette on it is trash. Can someone help me switch these out before the weekend? Orrr can I get that wheel from you, Andrew?

You can have it whenever I finish Katherine's new wheel. All I need is a freewheel puller, spacers, and some tape. Just been too busy to get to it...

The rim is out of true, the brakes catch in the same spot in the rotation every time the lever is pulled. Rotating the tire moves the skid spot. PUNK!!!

http://www.amazon.com/Jandd-Extreme-Front-Rack-...

i found a cheap canti mount rack that has same same size platform. i could combine it with the lowriders to make essentially the same rack.

but i'm not convinced yet. like i said, maybe... let me think about it.

So that's basically a no. Last time you said you'd sell me a rear rack you ended up keeping it.
