He is right in that the link you posted is the only way to access new avatars, btw. I had the same problem. MAYBE IF YOU MADE ME A MODERATOR I COULD TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING SO YOU COULD DEVOTE YOUR TIME TO FIXING THIS SHIT!!!!!!
