I'm obviously not going to be taking much stuff with me. Frames, random parts, the big metal shelves, etc, all has to go. Who wants it?

All the metal stuff that isn't worth saving, put it on the corner. Scrappers will pick that stuff up before you know it.

You work at a bike shop/the bike parked outside Ellis right now is your "free" bike.

I need to come and thumb through the frames. Would love to not have to master the road anymore.

I have a Marukin frame and fork plus a rear wheel associated with it. Planning on selling some bikes and I may need to build that one up as a commuter for a bit. Haven't had a chance to swing by the garage to pick them up.

I tried to come by on wednesday but shit had hit the fan. And do they have any electricity out there? Because I have a few flood lights and extension cords. Just an idea.
Edit- And I was thinking maybe 4 lights on each side could potentially do it. My lights are about 500w a piece

Did you mean to post this in the thread about the new weeknight schedule/the boards getting taken?

My house for next year will have a garage. It'll be north of downtown but a little further than my house right now. I'm willing to host the usable stuff that we don't want to just throw away, but I'll need someone who actually knows what the fuck all of it is and help sort through it, pack it up, and move it.

I think my lease starts in July but I can house the stuff here until then if we need to.

Edit: Okay not a garage anymore, we're getting a house with a shed and large basement in the same area. Let me know.

Bumping this thread. I'm going to need LOTS of help transporting all of the extra stuff to Courtney's place. Courtney, we're going to be doing moving stuff all day so whenever works best for you, just name the time. It really is a lot of stuff. Don't make me have to take all this stuff to the dump when the vast majority of it isn't mine :-(

I'll be giving out various coupons/gift cards to people who come! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP US!

I am available any time tomorrow, so let's pick the time we can get the most people. I can't move into my new place for another month so we're just going to have to find some place at my house to keep shit until then.

Kurt, your lease at the new place starts July 1, not Aug 1, right?

if thats the case, I propose we store the stuff at my house for the next month, then move it when you move in

I'll have the u-haul in town around 8:45. We can just toss everything in it and get it all in one trip. How about 9am? We need lots and lots of help. Vince, you're getting those big/heavy drawer sets from the surplus auction back.

9 AM? Sorry pete but the "ass crack of dawn" isn't a part of the day that I particularly enjoy. Lets plan on meeting at a more reasonable time, like 6 PM.

it'll take you a while to get here anyway, eh Kruse? Let's aim for 9pm next Thursday :P

BUT REALLY

9am at my place tomorrow would be lovely. It'll be mindlessly throwing stuff into a u-haul then unloading it mindfully at Vince's.

I will be there to help and grab that bed frame. Might possibly have a truck as well for a couple hours.
