The Saint Louis Bike Polo Lock-In is happening again in January 2012. Nothing has been set in stone yet, but we are doing it. It is happening.

With that said, make sure your January weekends are reserved until we finalize the date (Ideally, we'd have it on the Saturday and Sunday of MLK weekend).

Important information will be posted here and on the official Saint Louis Bike Polo Lock-In blog (STLBikePoloLockIn.blogspot.com). Keep up-to-date as things develop, and feel free to share any ideas you think would be good for the event.

CoMo friends,

New Lock-In info has been posted at STLBikePoloLockIn.blogspot.com. We have reserved 15 spots for the CoMo club. Between now and Friday, figure out who from CoMo is going. If you have more than 15 people interested, let us know by Friday so that we can reserve more spots for you guys and gals.

The mad-dash registration for everyone else is at noon on Saturday (11/19/2011). Your club doesn't have to pay on that day, but payment before 11/30/2011 would be ideal for our planning/purchasing needs.

Only CoMo has reserved spots.

Get organized and make sure you're all a part of the 24-hour party.

Groupies are $6.66. Pay at the door. Seriously.

Yeah, that's what we heard. The dudes that were in STL the other week were going to see if they could make inroads with someone new. If it's a dead end, so be it. I'm just trying to track down all the free beer we can possibly score.

Aaron, it is still worth an email. Could you just ask the contact that you did have the best way to approach them? An email explaining how they helped last time, and describing the number of people that will be present, would be sweet. Who knows, maybe they're easy to convince.
