If they got ya with one of those new laser radar guns, a detector won't help. By the time it hits ya, it's too late. Otherwise a radar detector is of good use.

The original date or Juen 23 and 24 works for me. Having more COMOPOLO peeps in the tourney would be nice, so I guess I vote for the latter. Go bike yourself. |

I hear ya, Tim D. I figured you'd end up on a team with Lee and another STL slayer. Since you and Lee placed last year, that gives you serious legitimacy and recency in the at-large pot. I get that STL doesn't wanna step on their comrades toes--namely Knobbe's--and that's understandable too. But hell, I think they could field a great second team, too. With Anchovy, Francis, Knobbe, Jake and some of their "green" players, they could do damage. I don't know what was talked about in Bloomington as I was either coughing, sneezing, nose blowing or pill popping, but I thought a conclusion would be reached so you'd have a team because you deserve to. I'm sorry anybody finds this situation lame. We--the Midwest region--were dealt a pretty tough hand for this qualifier. But I don't want anybody to think Aaron, John and I were being dictatorial about getting a spot, which is why we're happy to compete in a playoff. We never thought that just because we consider ourselves a team we'd get a spot. Just wanted to make that clear. Go bike yourself. |
