Here's my situation. Any help that you guys can throw my way would be great:

I can head up to Madison whenever. The week prior I will be in KC getting ready to start my internship. I start my internship on Monday following the tournament at 8 AM. Charlie has committed to meeting me in KC on Friday and driving up to Madison from there, so that we can return to KC following the tournament.

Leaving at 8 PM on Sunday night means returning to KC at probably 4:30 to 5 AM. Charlie said he would help me out becuase I need to sleep a bit in the car to be able to be presentable at my new job on my first freaking day. I'm stressed about this but it seems doable.

If you guys could help by coming with us, and returning with charlie to como from KC, it would really make the whole thing so freaking awesome for me. I understand if it's not possible for you. It adds 3 hours BOTH WAYS to your trip and turns what would be a 7.5 hour trip into a 10.5 hour trip. This would suck for you. But I just don't have time to drive back to columbia and then go to KC.

If you can't come with me and charlie, that leaves you and nic to figure something else out.

Sorry dude! I thought you find the light-heartedness in the "burn our house down" comment. I don't think you would have found my comment super-serious if it were in person. Bro, check yourself. I have the best interest of everyone in mind. You included. I'm saying there's no reason to be stubborn or hard-nosed about this. We can find common ground that works for everyone, and while I would have preferred the 16th, it is possible for us to accommodate our friends and clubmates with very little negative side effects.

Zach saying that any date in June works for him is what made me realize that it's no big deal to move it and we could all benefit.

Call me two-faced again and I'll burn our house down! And don't try to tell me there is a difference between calling someone two-faced and saying that they have two faces. This club was here long before you and I and it will be here after both of us leave so let's put the club first and our absolute desires second.

That sounds like the exact opposite of "finding it in your heart".

If it isn't a big hassle to move, and you can move, and it increases the number of people in the club that can enjoy the event, then you should move.

It's really not that much of a hassle for us to move it. We are a CLUB, you could ACT like a member of it!

I would officially like to submit that I want this event to happen on the 23rd/24th of June. Enough of our club will be gone that it would make the event less fun, we gotta look out for each other and make accommodations when we can. And we can, so let's.

My concern is that asking people to come to Missouri for polo 3 times in a row will be taxing on all events equally and will result in tournaments with sub-par attendance across the board.

I think picking one tournament for the state for the month of June would be smartest. I think Aaron and Johnathon and the rest of our beautiful, awesome club would be open to the idea of making the 4v4 as much of a fundraiser as possible to help send what is undoubtedly the best polo team that anyone has ever seen to the world championships to wave the Missouri flag in a city older than Jesus that was built by Caesar himself.

WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF SOMEONE FROM ANOTHER CLUB SUCH AS ZACH FROM BLOOMINGTON WOULD CHIME IN AND SAY WHAT THEIR CLUB MAY OR MAY NOT BE INTERESTED IN ATTENDING!!
